I can understand where you're coming from. If you don't believe in the inerrancy of the Bible, and I do, then we can't really discuss the issue logically, because we're starting from different bases of logic. That's okay.

I'm sorry to hear about the pain you're experiencing. I've been going to see my friend Eddie in the hospital. It seems that the only pain medication that works for him makes him hallucinate. So, they take him off of that, and he suffers. He says the pain is excruciating and constant, and there's nothing they've found to solve it short of making him "crazy".

I don't think anything could be worse than that. I hate seeing it, and I hate hearing that you are also going through some difficult pain. I do hope the doctors find something that works for you soon.

God doesn't really like blood, because it means the killing of life and all human life is precious to Him. "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (II Peter 3:9). Nevertheless, most will not come to repentance, and He will have to kill mankind for his sins, otherwise God would not be just. Revelation 14:19-20 tells us that God's slaughter of mankind will create a river of blood almost five feet high and 200 miles long. It will grieve God greatly to create this river of blood, but it is a must to protect His holy name and to usher in His eternal rule.

Yes, kids are scary. I was a nanny for 7 years, the oldest kid I ever had under my supervision was 12, but even the younger ones can be un-handl-able terrors. Ugh.

And there are so many different styles and "trends" of parenting, none of which turn the kids into perfect little angels that will turn into sane adults.  Between beating the crap out of them and letting them run free and walk all over you, what's a mom to do?

Haha, pretty pissed off huh? Yeah, companies in general suck... I guess when they forget trash it's pretty bad though -worse than, say, if they forget to bill you.

Marriage... Yeah, definitely a lot of people suck at it. My parents each got married and divorced twice, same with a lot of people in my family. Only my grand parents' generation kept it together but they weren't the nicest marriages; they stayed together because they had to. So why am I happily married? I don't know. I think that for one it takes the right combination of 2 people, and the main ingredient is a little less self centeredness. That's really all it takes. When a marriage goes bad, one of the 2 or both, are just too self centered -affairs, abuse, etc...

That's my 2 cents.

She was very unresponsive to me, never once came to admin08 diary to say a word. She was assuming that me, MT, lenahan, ray, etc were all the same people. So basically ignored any requests made.

Yeah i asked her to delete the entries about Lenahan, he wanted them gone, she accused him of being "gay" which was unfounded just her assumption. She said in the last entry that she had no intention of complying to anything i said.

I noticed that you posted in "rants and raves" to the person that made a thread about mods. If people were to check or contact us via the boards as we ask, they can see who we are and not some fake users. I guess our monthly drama is unfolding now, dont you just know its about due lol. I think we do a grand job, we will never be everyone's favorite people but can you imagine what would happen if we let the site run itself.

I find great fulfillement in my marriage, not at all because of God breathing down my neck though. Marriage doesn't make me feel trapped  like you describe... Yes, we have leash laws here. We also have a lot of illegal Mexicans here, who aren't too concerned with obeying laws. There are 215 homes in this little community. Since there are so many houses close together, I'm not quite sure which house the dog belonged to. If I called animal control, the dog would be safely inside the house by the time they finally got out here. Then, they would encounter three Mexican families living in that house, none of them will acknowledge that they can speak or understand English. So, animal control would do nothing. Fortunately, yesterday was the only time out of the 16 jogs I've gone on where the dog was outside. Hopefully, it was either a fluke or the dog's owners will soon move out.

You're right about speed walking being better on the knees. I have suffered some knee pain from my jogging in the past that I am sure I would not have experienced if I participated in speed walking. But, I keep running because I can go faster. I would love to get fast enough to qualify to run in the Boston Marathon. We'll see if my knees can hold out long enough to reach that goal.

As far as your son, if he's more advanced than the other kids, you shouldn't keep it under wraps. I have a 6 year old daughter who will be in the 1st grade this year, who reads on a 2nd grade level already. Her teachers have told me that she is the smartest child that age that they've ever seen. I'm not about to keep that quiet. It's a major accomplishment for both me & her, & I'm very proud of it!

The profile with pictures of skulls or angels is to attract attention. Most guys search ad headers ONLY with pictures, which means their pathetic ads will be looked "by accident". Whenever I see it myself I stop right there reading.

I seriously hope that you are not schizophrenic, I suffer from that and have since I was 12 and I was 30 before I was acurately diagnosed. While there are worse diseases I would not wish schizophrenia on my most hated enemy, much less you. The main symtoms are a separation from reality and auditory hallucinations (voices in your head) and sometimes delusions. I wasted all of my teen years and part of my twenties in delusion. It took me years to get a grip on reality again but I finally did it but I still regret the time I wasted. If (God forbid) you are diagnosed with schizophrenia I DO NOT recomend anti-psych drugs, those will mess you up!! I now treat my condition with magnesium and music therapy.

I think that everone has a little extra something.  There are nights when I cant sleep because I get afraid of the dark...others is because I hate sleeping alone.  Others it is because my mind wont shut up and I have a million ideas crossing my mind at once.  And youd be surprised  at how many neighborhoods dont have street lights...When I lived in Va  our neighborhood didnt have any lights..creepy. In lake worth our neighborhood is lit up like a frekkin xmas tree.

What I meant by it not working was it doesn't deter others. Yes the child rapist never does it again, him being dead and all, but if he is left alive but terribly maimed with the words "Child Rapist" tattooed on his forehead than others who might consider raping a child can see what will happen.
